JMaki has been filmmaking for several years.  He has an intense passion for doing things that are out of the ordinary, like making an edit of Titanic to a Tom Waits song.  He believes that art is meant to be shared and not owned.  Maki has an excellent eye and enjoys taking on the directing role and having that ability to work with people and put them into various scenarious, the embodiment of a new perspective.  His strive for breaking constructs helps actors in adding layers to their roles.  He also is a strong editor and enjoys putting the pieces of a video together in post production, breathing another bit of life into all that came before.  Maki is a philosopher, an artist and a deeply spiritual person.
